Sketches often only call for one photo but you can always adjust them and add more photos!
For my take on this sketch, I chose three photos instead of just one.

Scrap Our Stash: June Sketch & Word Challenge

Here's the latest sketch and word challenge from Scrap Our Stash:

It was especially hard coming up with a stash item for the letter "U,"
but I asked for help on Facebook and my creative friends came up with lots of fun options!

S = stickers
U = up arrow
M = metal paperclip
M = metal brad
E = ephemera
 (mini golf pencil, picture cut out from coupon book ad)
R = rub ons

There were several parrots living at this golf course. I didn't take any pictures, so I decided to add two parrot stickers to help us remember them!

Using ephemera on my pages is one of my favorite things to do. For the page "title," I clipped out a picture from ad in a coupon book. Decided to also add the mini golf pencil  -- too cute, right?!

Until next time, happy scrap booking and paper crafting!

Challenge YOUrself #41 .... Spring Break!

What do you think of the latest challenge from Challenge YOUrself?

For my take on this mood board, I had fun using a mix of beach themed papers and embellishments.

Creative Scrappers - Sketch 306

Check out Sketch 306 from Creative Scrappers:

This sketch offered a great opportunity to use lots of photos! Rather than "circle" embellishments, I decided to use my largest scalloped oval punch on a couple extra pictures.

Sketches In Thyme - Sketch #276

Here's sketch #276 from Sketches In Thyme:

For the ribbon on this page, I used some ribbon saved from my daughter's prom wrist corsage! The spiral of wire on top of the bow was also saved from her corsage.
